What is a "done for you" solution?

We can manage every aspect of of the Sales & Support contact center operations. In other words, under your strategic oversight, we can manage as much or as little of your contact center operations for you.

Our lean organizational structure and remote first model allow us to offer our suite of services below typical market rates, without sacrificing quality, and within reach of startup and small business budgets.
For consultative or executive fractional services we offer a monthly retainer rate or flat hourly rate.
For a full suite of services that include outsourced personnel, we offer a flat monthly rate per FTE (Full Time Employee) that includes all leadership support, technology, and talent.
Outsourced talent prices are based on employee geography and core competencies. Typical rates are as follows:
United States – $29.99 to $34.99 per hour
Nearshore (Latin America, Caribbean) – $13.99 to $15.99 per hour
Offshore (Philippines, India, Pakistan – $9.99 to $13.99 per hour
Final pricing is based on the scope of services requested. We can also offer flexible pricing that’s staffed hour, product hour, or contact driven.
What's the catch?
There is no catch. Our solutions are designed to work with the dynamics of startup and small business environments. There are no long term contracts, implementation fees, or termination fees. We have no project headcount/size minimums and from employee 1 to 100 can grow with your business.
